Myrt Armstrong Recovery Center (MARC)
MHAND operates the MARC in Fargo through a sub-contract from the ND Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. The MARC is open Monday through Friday but is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We are currently serving an average of 55 members per day during the week. The MARC has been open and operated by MHAND since 1985.
Mission: We are dedicated to a just, humane and healthy environment where all people receive respect, dignity and the opportunity to achieve their full potential free from prejudice and stigma.
